We will ship your order from our store in Chicago, Illinois within 48 hours of receiving it. Standard shipments go by UPS Ground and usually take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive. Any orders shipped outside Illinois will not be charged sales tax; items sent within Illinois will be charged sales tax of 10.25%. In the rare case that we should be out of something in your order, we will contact you by phone to suggest an alternative.

As a shopping incentive for you, we will charge you one flat shipping fee regardless of how many items your order, based on where you are sending the package: Midwest $9.50 East coast $11.00 West coast $12.00. There are two exceptions to this rule. Orders under $26 will be charged only $5 for Midwest/East Coast shipping and $6.50 for West Coast shipping. Alternatively, bulky furniture items, including toy chests, tables, chairs, and oversized wall hangings, will be charged additional shipping.

We also offer express services for a higher charge: Overnight $34.00 Second Day $22.00

We will happily gift wrap your purchase for no additional charge in our festive red and craft gingham paper. We'll also include a handwritten gift message of unlimited length.
